I'm very pleased with the results of this dress. Pattern follows, but it's almost unnecessary to use it. The entire dress is worked in rows of sc or dc, with two increase rows to generate a fuller skirt just below the waistband.

Hello,

I love this dress!! Well done :) I am currently making it.. and I'm wondering if when I start the DC if it's supposed to be baggy? I find I should be crocheting with the H hook for the colour A here? Do you have tips? or is it supposed to be this way..? It may look find when I'm done but right now it's really see-through.

Thanks!

Hi,
The dc should be a little baggy - looser than the sc so that it drapes and isn't too stiff. You could try using a smaller hook to make it less see-through.
