Pattern modified into a cowl. I'm pleased with the results but would recommend a different hook/yarn configuration to see more of the pattern detail.

I love this sweater - fun to make and quite adorable. I've made the pattern in the distant past, but can't find a picture of the results.

This came out better than I expected. Easy pattern. I’m not sure the hat and sweater are the same size - hat looks fairly small. I removed the hood.

I've been working on several random patterns saved in my ravelry queue. This is the "Going Home Dress", free pattern. It's cute but very, very tiny and not very practical. The pattern was a bit hard to follow. Would be a good doll outfit.

I'm still in my cowl phase. This is the same pattern as before, using a soft acrylic yarn. It's proving very practical - it's perfect for skiing, an extra layer at work, or bunching under your collar to keep your neck warm.

This was inspired by the Delia Sweater Tunic (on etsy and ravelry). I love the concept of a layering dress that can be worn alone, or over other clothes in the winter. I plan to make a long sleeve version at some point. This version is very simple - rows of sc, decorative edging, cap sleeves. A multi-colored version would be fun - wide stripes, perhaps.

A perfect fit! This is the Big O Jacket by Julia Alen (pattern available on ravelry.com). I modified the pattern to have less of a “hood”. After start of sleeve, I worked in rows, turning at the top of each sleeve to avoid additional bulk in the neck area. It's an interesting pattern - essentially a big circle with arm holes.
